cutting down

just came off test,deca,a-bomb cycle about 2 mos ago...now i want to cut down a bit b-4 spring .... trying to get abs back ... bf is 10% 201 lbs (started cycle at 173)...never had to cut down b4 so need some advise...during bulking cycle didnt do any cardio at all...i train 5 days/week .... any suggestions would be appreciated...oh....my goal is to cut a little more then go on another cycle of t-400,test suspension,D-bol,deca probably in april

Diet and cardio.

**High protein/medium carbs/med-low fat diet

**Perform morning cardio 4-6 times a week(30-60min), after 4 weeks, incorporate post workout cardio(20-30min).

**Any type of gear will help you retain lean body mass, people usually choose the ones that retain less water for cosmetic reasons. propinate, EQ, fina, wini, Anavar, halo,masteron are just a few on the list.
