A better diet strategy is necessary to maintain the health and level of fitness and protect yourselves from the various illnesses and illnes.

What about turkey? Is turkey ok for me to eat? I'm really concerned all this turkey I am eating is going to give me flabby arms. :winkfinger:

When it comes to diet, I like to keep it very strong and short.

I always do bulking cycles during fall~spring and cuttings during beginning of summer.

Heres what I do.

After I bulk Im around 16%+ bodyfat.

When cutting, I do carb delpleting diet + nuclear hardcore cardio 7 days a week, for about 6 weeks

-From week 1, I cut ALL carbs for whole week.(well about less than 30g of carb aday)
-On 2nd week, I take just below100g of carb a day for a week
-And I deplet carb again from week 3, and little bit of refuel week after, and so on for rest of cycle.

Take test prop 100mg on M/W/F/Su for whole cycle (6 weeks) + Hdrol for 4 weeks at 75~125mg a day.
Gallon of water everyday

I always drop from 15+ % bodyfat to below 9% in about 6 weeks by doing this cycle, and works everytime.

Dont need fancy clen or tren for cutting. Simple test and bit of oral will preserve all of muscles even in 1500+ calorie deficit.

Can some one tell me an what an essential carbohydrate is? I know we have essential fats and essential proteins, but other then fiber, what other essential carbs are there?

Not flabby, just lazy. All you have to worry about is the tryptophan. 😉
