Anyone notice Dragon Pharma just released GHK-Cu 50mg?
I’ve only ever seen this in tiny cosmetic sprays or overpriced creams lol.

I’ve been dealing with some nagging elbow tendon pain + trying to fix some stretch mark damage from bulking like a slob. Thinking peptides might help. I know BPC-157 is the usual go-to but GHK-Cu supposedly helps collagen repair, skin quality, and even hair regrowth??

Has anyone run it injectable, not topical? No clue on a dosing protocol for this one.
Shot in the dark but… anyone used it for joints or recovery?

I’ve only used GHK sprays for hair and it actually slowed my shed. No miracles but noticeable. Interested to see if the injectable form hits harder. Would def like to hear dosing suggestions if someone has experience.

If this works anything like BPC or TB, I’ll take 10 😂 Seriously though, 50mg per vial is a lot more than what most brands offer. Curious if that means it's systemic effects or still better to pin it near the injury like other healing peptides.

GHK-Cu is more regenerative than GH-stimulating, so expectations should match that.

Benefits people report:

  • Better joint comfort
  • Faster tendon recovery
  • Improved skin texture / scar fading
  • Hair + scalp health support

Dosing people are experimenting with:

  • 200–300 mcg daily for general soft tissue recovery
  • 500 mcg near injury sites (subq around tendon)
  • For hair: microneedle + dilute topical solution

You won’t feel an overnight change like pain meds — it’s more “one day you realize you stopped noticing the issue.” As with all peptides, run 8+ weeks to judge it fairly.

If DP’s version keeps purity solid, this could become a sleeper favorite.

Quick check-in for everyone who asked: 2 full weeks on GHK-Cu 50mg.

Dosing 300 mcg daily, mostly in the evening.

Here’s what I’m noticing so far:

  • Elbow feels better — still not perfect but definitely less sharp pain during presses
  • Skin texture looks smoother, especially around old stretch marks
  • Zero negative sides — no weird flushing or headaches
  • Hair — too early to say anything meaningful yet

Reconstitution was clean btw — swirled, no clumping or weird color. Been doing subq around the elbow every other day and belly the rest of the time. Not life-changing yet, but it’s doing something. Will update again at week 6 to see if the benefits continue. Anyone else running this yet? Would love to compare notes.
