Hello all i've been browsing the boards for a couple months after a friend gave me the link. Awesome site tons of info, just thought it was time to introduce myself. I'm 6'1" 190 and i've been lifting since i was 15 for sports for about the past year i've been lifting to build up my body and i've done a hell of a job. I'll post pics later.
