Hello AZSorum members. New member here, getting back in the game, I have been opening gyms all over the country the last 9 years but have slipped on my training. I re-engaged about 2 months ago and will be a regular here to keep me motivated. I appreciate having a place like this to go to discuss all aspects of fitness/nutrition/supps to keep me focused. Thanks in advance to all of you for contributing to such a great place.
