what a fuckin day i had yesterday...i was on my way to the gym and low and behold someone smashes into my car...all because the fuckers weren't paying attention to where they were going and what the hell they were doing...the good thing is that they got the ticket and their insurance has to pay for the repairs on my car...FUCK!!!! that really pisses me off...just had to get that off my chest.

Sue them if you want some payback. You see, when people who are driving hit you it is a total interference in your life. That is why people sue and why they should sue. Why should you be totally inconvenienced, have to rent a car while your gets repaired or have to drive it around smashed until you can get it repaired, missed time from work, aches and pains, hassle with insurance companies, your time is valuable and you should be reimbursed for it. Why should you incur all of this trouble because THEY hit you and THEY weren't paying attention, you deserve something for the trouble that was placed upon you through no fault of your own.
