Yeah i once did a 4 week stretch of 15-20 reps. That shit was crazy good. I switch up routines every 4 to 8 weeks to keep my body guessing.
I am a fan of low reps myself. I just feel im pushing myself more with more wieght.
Its my first week on Prop. IDK I wanna try Dbol at 100mgs a day. I travel alot in the winter and spring so it would be easier to transport.
Only running the Prop right now. Would like to try there Dbol for my next go around at a high dose.
