Chest: flat barbell bench, incline dumbell press, cable flys. Great Sunday workout, ready to face the work week with a smile on my face

Saturday is always a cardio day for me. 30 mile bike ride.

Today for me was a back day. Bent over barbell rows, weighted pullups, and t bar rows. Love lifting back
