Hey guys,
Just wanted to say hi. I've been reading this forum for the better part of a month now and decided to join. I'm a longtime member to a couple of other sites out there but am getting tired of those. I hope to learn from you guys and I hope I can share my experience so that we all can continue to do what we like to do best.... Better our selves and our bodies.

No tommygunz, that's not me but I might have an idea of who your talking about;). And thanks GSRacer for welcoming me. By reading around this forum, This forum has a lot of potential. It looks like a good group of guys here.
