Wondering if and how people here incorporate beans(primarily black beans) into their diets. I really want to add them in because they are low GI and high in fiber.

I was thinking with soime ground beef/turkey, or maybe with some scrambled eggs, any suggestions, I am open to any.

Thanks

Sometimes I just take my pinto beans, pour all the juice out of the can, then pour my serving for that meal in (I think 1/2 cup) cover it with fat free shredded cheddar or other, and eat that along with some seasoned chicken or a nice steak...

Good Luck
