Cutting - Need Help
Need some good recipes for a cutting cycle.....
Open can of tuna.
6 meals a day.
breakfast: egg whites and oatmeal.
meals 2-4: chicken, zukini, and a little rice.
meal five: protien shake after you train.
meal six: baked fish and veggies.
Damn, Zeke.....you make it sound so simple.lol
