My gram has been making egg/cottege cheese for me all the time....it tates great.
its easy...all you have to do is mix together 3 eggs (or however much you want) with equal amts of cottege cheese. throw in the microwave for a few seconds...then you have a pretty good, quick meal.

i'll give that a try...need a new way to eat eggs.
