i got a couple, i dont know if they are original but i figured them on my own
-drained tuna, cooked mr noodle no flavor packet added, mix and eat
-popcorn with protein powder on it, good for theatre, bring ziplock bag of powder to theatrre when u buy plain popcorn if you HAVE to eat popcorn, its better than gettin it with shitty butter and salt.
thats a couple i have, if this thread gets a few posts i will post more, remember these are realy qucik and convinient snacks, i dont want to repeat any previos threads and if i already did i apologize

i'm a huge beef jerky fan! it is lean and got tons of protein. it does have alot of sodium, but if you got your own food dehydrater, you can keep it pretty low.

You can go to wal-mart and get a food de-hydrator fairly cheap.

Once you get that handy piece of equipment you can de-hydrate any food that will fit in the machine.

If you want low sodium jerky just slice some beef or venison (if your a hunter) don't go too thin or the meat will dry out too much and put what ever seasooning on it you want. the whole process is quite simple and you will save a sh!t load of money.

I am sure the thing comes with directions. check in to it.

well, i'm going to buy a food dehydrater this week. i usually buy those pound packages of deli-meat from wal-mart. i always get a variety of different meats so i don't get sick of them. before i eat them, i usually run them under cold water to dislodge some of the extra sodium that may be on the meat directly.
