I dont remember where i got this receipe but it was so good....it changed the way i eat lasagna.
all you gotta do is replace all the noodles in the lasagna with roast beef, replace the recotta cheese with cottage cheese,and i use ground turkey instead of ground beef.
Add all the seasonings you would with regular lasagna and i promise you....this is an excellent source of protein,low in fat and an excellent change from the norm.
i never eat regular lasagna anymore and everyone loves it.
sounds interesting.. a little expensive to make though, but i'll give it a shot.
