i already posted this on SE, so many of you have probably already seen it, BUT if you haven't:

adding a few sprinkles of Lemon-Pepper to your can of tuna dramatically increases the ease in eating it. it actually tastes almost good.

also Lemon-Pepper is GREAT on steaks and stuff! that along with Tony Chacheres are my all time 2 favorite seasonings

Dunno why, but never have Tuna Fatigue - should - eat enuf of it - . Lots of sodium because of the brine, but as an alternative to lemon-pepper, try some capers (those little green things in small jars) - really good with T.!!!

another good one is hot sauce...and lots..your tongue will be so hot you wont taste it. Even a little texas pete (which is mild as far as hot sauces go) is pretty good too.

Have to agree with Ripper. Tony Chacheres is an excellent seasoning; especially for Tuna. You can also chop up a few onions, and mix it with some dijon mustard for a change.
