Ok I came across this recipe on some website but I forgot now, but I still have the recipe and these are damn good!

2 Tbs non-fat mayonnaise

2 Tbs creamy mustard-mayonnaise blend (I use dijonaise)

1 egg white

2 cans (6 1/2oz) tuna in water, drained and
flaked

1/2 cup dry bread crumbs, divided

1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional I don't use them)

Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Add tuna, 1/4 cup bread crumbs, and green onions; stir well. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each into a patty. Press the remaining bread crumbs evenly onto both sides of patties. Coat a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray; place over MEDIUM-high heat until hot. Add patties; COVER and cook 3 minutes. Carefully turn patties over; cook, UNCOVERED, for 3 minutes or until patties are golden. Will yield 4 patties.

Note: Use MEDIUM heat otherwise they will burn quickly. Also, I just added ALL the bread crumbs into the mixture and mixed with my hands.

I added up the nutrional value per pattie and came to this:
Fat : 2 g
Carbs : 8.5 g
Protien : 22 g
Calories : 140

You can throw them on a bun with extra's or just do what I do and eat them plain with some ketchup or dijon to dip them in. Lemme know what you AZ think!
The Darkone...

thanks for the info. I'll try those tonight. They sound damn good and cheap to make too. These atkin fucks have doubled the price of chicken breasts and beef. Eggs have doubled but they are still dirt cheap.
