Not your typical question (atleast I couldn't find anything searching)

Been training for a long time, went through the creatine cycles and juice cycles roughly 10 yrs ago. Got where I wanted to be and have been maintaining every since. New job, less time to lift and now I'm lacking. Not going back to the juice due to current job and a promise, so I want creatine!

1) Are all non-effervesent creatines the same? I took Phosphagen EAS back when it first hit the market. There is a local supp. company that has there own homebrew creatine for pretty cheap and it's supposed to be good? Just curious if there are known differences b/t companies?

2) What are the reasons for taking an effervesent creatine?

That's it and Thanks for the time

Actually I don't believe all creatine supplements are created equal. I remember reading an article where they sent them to the lab to see if they had as much creatine as they claimed and a lot of the unknown brands did not. I'd stick to a brand you've heard of.

As far as online supp retailers -> www.dpsnutrition.com is where I go.
