Wondering when is the best time to take creatine. Right before workout? when you wake up? during a meal? right after you workout?
in my case never that shit makes me puke tried several different brands and it all has the same effects and i hate wasting my protien shakes like that
right after workout's with a good dose of simple carbohydrates (about .5g per lb bodyweight)...
I usually take mine before and after workouts. I really don't think it would make much difference when you took the shit because timing is not that critical. Just make sure you get your daily dose.
actually, timing is critical... you want to take it post-workout with carbs to get maximal insulin response. Insulin helps to transport creatine to the muscle. Also blood flow is greatly increased during exercise therefore that may aid in creatine reaching the muscle as well.
