fat burner

I am trying to get cut as quickly as possible. I am 5'8, 183lb, with a bf% of 17. I have a pretty good diet. I lift 6 times a week along with 30 minutes of interval cardio 5-6 times a week. I know there are no miracle pills but, I am looking for a fat burner that will give me that extra edge. After doing some research, I have narrowed it down to animial cuts, lipo 6, or hydroxy cut hard core. I am wondering if any of you have any advice on which of these three is the most effective. It is hard to seperate the facts from the marketing efforts of these products.

I don't want to sound like a dick, but I know for a fact that your diet sucks. You just posted a thread about having scoops of protein throughout the day and one solid meal each day, which would be your dinner. I highly suggest you understand proper nutrition soon. You need to understand kcals/Calories/calories, simple and complex carbs, efa's, nutrient timing, nutrient density, etc. Go buy some nutrition books and read. Read the forums here. There is a ton of info that will help you.

This is true. That extra edge folks are looking for is making the mistake of trying to tweak the 1% while ignoring the 99%. The only extra edge you need right now is a clean diet and some Red Bull to get you moving in the morning.

eating right is about 85% of getting in contest shape then,tarining and then rest. enrgy pills are ok but if your using that as a crutch to train harder or whatever then you won't get the results your looking for just get in the gym and bust your ass. then get out and eat.
also you don't need to do that much cardio just do 3 intense training sessions a week because if you burn more then your putting in your body then your just gonna look anorexic not cut.
