"Doggcrapp" Training

Youre welcome, and yes I do believe that is what happened to you as well. But its something you have to learn on your own really, and you did that.

It took me a bit, and a lot of reading up to chase possible causes, but this just seems the most reasonable of them all looking back on how my body reacts to things. I know you preach this, and it is very important to listen to your body. Even if your 4-5 weeks into a blast you were hoping to get 8-10 weeks out of, listen to your body. DC ain't no joke, and you aren't building up to anything. It's straight up heavy ass weight, at maximum effort every single rep! Then your stretching the shit out of that muscle that just failed 3 times on you. One word for DC... AMAZING!

Looks like my secret coach picked up a few more students though. :paddle: LOL!
