Calcium, vit c, fiber, vit d, mag, With out this stuff your bones will brake down and get fucked up so I believe them to be the most important after protein. And the fiber to help you move the protein out your bumb:).
Whey protien, Glutamine and Vitargo CGL are the only supps I use and would recommend as core supplements. The vitargo is a newer product but I've been using it for 2-3 months and feel it's worked very well in my recent progress and helping to speed recovery; 2 scoops immediatly after each workout will do you wonders.
I just got some samples of that stuff, glad to here it works I got 20 samples so if it works for me i will buy some, I got another one as well thats pre work out supposed to be used together.
