V12 is a creatine supplement that has:
0 Calories
0 Calories from fat
0 Carbohydrates
0 Sugars
So for those of you wanting to watch all of these and still get great gains I highly recommend this product it has had tremendous gains for those that have taken it and it tastes awesome!

I'm awaiting the new version of swole to try a non-sugar creatine transport since I've still got tons of creatine around the house.

i like the v12 very well myself. but you actually like the taste ? taste like punch made at a chemical or nuclear plant to me.
