the wife has lots of these vitamins layin around. is there any benefit to me injesting them with the vitamins i already take/

normally prenatal vitamines are higher in iron for the pregnant woman....but the dose may not be correct for a man....you know the daily allowances...but if you're out of your regular multi vitamin don't think it would hurt you
