Fish oil, protein with BCAAs, and a good multi. Tried many things before realizing I keep coming back to these basics, so maybe I should just stick to them haha..

Not trying to sound like an ass or start a fight, but creatine will not bloat you. It may hold water within the muscle due to the creatine phosphates but it doesn't bloat your stomach or hold any visible water.

During the flu/cold season I'll bump up the Vitamin C. I'm around sick people all day so...
