Abs!

I have 5 ½ weeks until my show. My abs are coming in very nice but right below my bellybutton there is a tiny bulge. When I flex my abs it goes away but if I am relaxed I can notice it. Is there a way to flatten this area out?

I do leg drops off a bench to build up those muslces and as I drop my water the skin tighens up beautifully around the lower abs and you can see the split. At 5 weeks it could (but not likely) be fat...keep doing your cardio for a while and perhaps tighen up your diet a little more. Or it may just be where you are holding your water. I dont' trust (or use) bf% machines...I use the mirror only.

It could also be constipation. Do you still go on a daily basis? If not that can cause some bloating while relaxed. If you haven't really been going then try some Sena tea. It should help. If you have then hit up some of Dieselgirl's ideas.

I think it is related to constipation. I’ll have to try some Sena tea thanks for all the advice.
