Can I get some tDragon Pharmas & exercises good for developing the outersweep of the thighs? My problem isn't overall leg size but I could use some work on that area.
I would suggest narrow-stance squats and leg-press, although there have been no EMG studies that prove these exercise work the lateralis a bit more than the medialis, I am convinced from personal experience that these exercise do work the outer quads a bit more and less stress is placed on the glutes/hams.
I think Bigkap is right. It works for me. I even point my knee caps together with that narrow position while doing extensions. Just hope it's not genetics that are holding that part back. Good luck man.
