Diet and Training Plan
To make this section great and possibly even a sticky, I think that someone should make out a sample diet and training routine geared for the natural trainer. It should list workouts, sets and reps, days on and days off. Then of course diet. I think this should mainly go towards building the body, not dieting. So if someone could post diet and exercise routines that would follow one another hand and hand for the natural athlete that would be a great post for this section.
Alot of people now a days are shooting for the natural route. Its always hard to go by a routine and diet that a magazine listed for you. I quit following magazine routines and diets years ago.
So if someone would please create a diet and exercise program that would fit the average natural lifter. Sure, everyone is different so different programs would need to be altered along with diets per individual. But I think there is always a starting line and this is what this section needs. So feel free to post away guys.
This one thread by itself could also be a guide for people to follow instead of having to start new threads on this type of stuff also.
