It's been a very long time since I've regularly posted on the messageboards. I've still been lifting on a regular basis- maybe not as dedicated as I used to be but at least I've lost very little size/strength (if any.) It's been hard to keep up with the gains I used to make cuz my shoulders have really been a b!tch. I can no longer do certain kinds of lifting that I used to cuz of tendonitis. No longer can I shoulder press 110s, flat bench 140s or rep 315 on the bench press. Hell I can't do anywhere near that anymore. I think I got the tendonitis from overloading a tad too much and not using proper warm-up/stretching procedures. The tendonitis only got worse when I kept on trying to overload myself the way I used to. For now, I am mainly doing high reps and low weight. Granted, I'm still a solid 5'9" 195- I just can't do those maximum overload sets anymore for my shoulders and chest. I will post my lifting journal here, as I consider myself "natural" since it's been two years since any PH usage.

Wow I forgot to update this, but things have been going damn well lately. I'm at 5'9" 197 (cut up from the AZ heat), I still can't do a good set of dumbbell presses with the weight I'd like. Taking it easy, although most other exercises are solid...will post pics soon.
