I suppose this is somewhat off topic, but have you tried acupuncture? I found electroacupuncture very effective for an ankle injury. Also, I used hydrotherapy - basically get a few buckets, one filled with hot water and the other with cold, and put your wrist in the hot for 3 minutes or less, then the cold for 1 minute or less. Alternate 3 or 4 times each, and finish with cold. You can also just use running water if you don't have buckets. It seems hokey, but it works amazingly well, and it's free. It just takes a bit of time.

And I assume you're taking some natural anti-inflammatories like fish oil, maybe borage oil, bromelain, curcumin, etc.?

Kicking ass is my comfort food

well, i'm certain it's dequervains tendonitis.

Exactly my problem - I bought a bench press a while ago, got obsessed and done silly things.

I take fish oil, vitD, glucosamine and just ordered maca and horny goat (yeah I know, but the latter found some studies for bones and the like).

I'll see how it goes.
