What are everyones training splits?
Day 4.......Delts & Hams
Tues--Shoulders and Bi's
Wed--Back and Tri's
Thurs- Quads and Hams
Friday-Shoulders and Bi's
Calves---Every other day or Every two days depending on how sore they are from the previous session.
Cardio- 3-4 times/wk. in the summer....none in the winter.
I bulk up in the winter and peel it off in the summer.
I'm trying to bring up my bi's and shoulders right now. Been doing this routine for 6 months and have made some very good progress.
mon chest and tris
wed back and bis....traps
fri quads, hams and sholders..
Tues and thurs cardio and on of those days calves, and abs almost ever day
