i use xanax to sleep on constantly. i would not utilize it during the day, NEVER for a workout.

it's addictive and should only be used when needed.

why not try something natural such as;
valerian root
passionflower
catnip
st.john's wart

all designed to rid the body of anxiety, without the addictive qualities.

I sometimes use xanix before working out if I need it. BUT donot take a full tab. Break it in half. I find half the normal dose is just enough to take the edge off.

Also I dont think xanix is addictive. If you're not the addict type you have nothing to worry about. I've done most every drug on this eath to excess and just flat out stop when i dont want to do it any more. It's the person not the drug!

Alprazolam is very addictive Doug, be careful with it. it has a very short half-life, but CAN BE very habit forming...
