Hi Katz! I'm doing great (now). I had a really rough time out in Vegas...I'll be posting about it in the competitors forum. I had a momentary (and almost fatal) lapse of reason out there and decided last minute to try to drop down to the middle weight catagorie. Well, I did just that..DROPPED into the lower weight class. Because I was so sick I came in very flat and small. I placed 11 out of 15 in the middles. Live and learn.
When I came home I had some shoulder surgery that I had been putting off for a long time. Now I am back in full swing and ready to prepare for a fresh start.
