i love bodybuilding!! I have been training for about ten months and just did my first 2 shows!! They were awesome. In the natural show I got first in my weight class, and the untested show I got second in my weight class!! I have pics at veganbodybuilding.com. Go to the natural spotlight feature (on Katherine- that's me!!) and check em out!! I ahve done everything naturally, however, I am thinking of tryong out some new things, so I have plenty of questions that I will be asking!!

I'm real new to all of this I use to lift but I hav'nt in a while does anyone know the best way to get back started??? My most concern is my weight, its not much and i'm really would like to get it up there...and then maybe tone up ... any suggestions
