The best exercise

I was wondering what is a good exercise for the hips. I currently do step aerobics as well as a exercise for the buttocks, and i've lost everywhere but the hips, i have lost a little there but not enough. What can I do to expidite the exercise?

you need to train legs. take one day a week and train them hard. unfortunately, it's impossible to spot reduce, you need to train each body part one day a week, here's a good example of a leg day;

hamstring curls 4 sets X 10-12
leg extensions 4 sets X 10-10
SQUATS 5 sets X 8-10
leg press 4 sets X 8-10
calf raises (standing or seated) 4 sets X 20

this would be an excellent leg workout for anyone;)

You only need to look at Queens hips, legs and bum to see that it works.

In fact wheres that post again - haven't looked at her hips, legs and bum for at least 20 minutes.......

Jinga hon, you need to lower your body fat %....to do this cardio and diet...bump up your water intake...try this site...www.fitday.com it's a great way to keep track of what you're taking in each day...also try more frequent smaller meals....every 3-4 hours......to help increase your metabolism

you can train your legs for hours all you want...but it won't get rid of the fat on your hips....

um...yes you will. training burns more fat than cardio anyday. and your body doesn't adapt to it.

as far as fitday goes, it's a crappy site. they don't even have the proper macronutrients breakdown for food. i had a client using this site and they had 1/2 cup of oatmeal down as only 20gms of carbs, which is bullshit.

you need to train, plain and simple. you can do cardio until the cows come home but it won't be as efficient as training, i guarantee you that.

BTW~are you (cutieface) PMS lunatic? because you have her signature and are always doing the *smile* *wink* thing she used to do on anabolic.

I do diet, cutie face, drink protien every 2 hrs. Drink protien with WATER. I do 45 min. worth of step aerobics, and also a buns video wich i can really feel when I do it. Every thing is shaping up, Do you think I need to go to the gym 1 or 2 times a week and also do a leg work out?
Maybe I'm just impatient?

if you train your legs right, you only need to hit them once a week, just like any other body part. quads are a BIG muscle group, you will exhaust yourself too much training them more than once a week.

if you follow what i put up for legs you will see results, i guarantee it. be patient.

how long have you been training? what is YOUR training schedule?
