I started HRT about six months ago, and when first starting my doc said he wanted my levels in between 700-800 at the lowest possible point, day 7. First he started me on just 100mg/wk for the first month no hcg or adex my levels cam back at 501. He then upped my doasage to 130mg/wk and added 250ius hcg 2x wk plus .5adex 2x wk my levels then came back around 431, which still wasnt high enough. So, he upped my doasage again to 160mg/wk as well as the hcg & adex my levels came back at 473. Finally my doc decided to go ahead and just give me the full 200mg/wk and my levels came back at 581 on day 7. Should I ask my doctor to increase my dosage again, or do yall think going over 200mg is too much...I know splitting my injections twice a week would probably raise my levels, but I go in weekly for all my shots, which is already a hassel & with work and all I wouldnt be able to make it twice a week. I train 5-7days a week just hitting one muscle a day except for shoulders, which I will hit twice a week if I dont miss a day.

If your Dr. wants your levels at 700-800, and you aren't there while on 200mg/week (which is surprising), then I think you are fine to bring it up with him. Don't forget, the Dr. works for you, so don't be bashful.

If your Dr. wants your levels at 700-800, and you aren't there while on 200mg/week (which is surprising), then I think you are fine to bring it up with him. Don't forget, the Dr. works for you, so don't be bashful.
What levels does your doctor say he wants you at/or anyone else on here? Also where are your test levels coming back at on 200mg/wk?

200mg T weekly is about as high as most legit docs like to go.

Just starting my trt my docs wants my baseline at 400-500 going for my first shot tomorrow,i will find out how much aweek then.

I talked to my doc last night he said he will up my dosage to 220mg/wk. I will post what my blood levels are at this dosage in a few weeks.
Also, let us know your estrogen level. It's possible too much test is converting especially if you have a high bf%.

Im still waiting to get my e2 labs back they always take longer then the rest, but thats the VA for you. Im guessing my e2 is right around 20 or at least thats were its usually at since starting HRT. Before starting it was between 6-8. I will post my e2 as soon as I get it back.

I agree up dose til results are right. One more thought... have you had a full thyroid panel including freet3 and tpo antibodies (to test for hashimoto's disease)? Hypo and hashish can have a testosterone wasting effect for lack of a better word.

I began TRT at 200mg. every two weeks!!!! After a month of this bullshit, I went in to see a different doctor and told him I was dragging my ass about with 200mg. ETW. He upped the dosage to 300mg. and said, "That's the limit". Then I told him, It doesn't make sense for me to break my work routine just to come down here for one shot. Instruct me on how to take my own injections at home" I love the power of testosterone!! lol He called in the nurse, she showed me what to do(like I didn't know,lol)playing dumb, I gave myself the shot. "You're on your own now". I have 14 1,000mg/ml. vials and since I do my owns and my blood is only tested 6 months out of the year, I take 500mg/ml shot every Friday and a 1,000mg/ml shot every first of the month. The doctors have set up TRT for life and I pay only $8.00 a month for the vial. Nice program. Test level is over 1,500 ng/dl and feeling good!!!

I have 14 1,000mg/ml. vials Is this a typo?...Or do they actually make testosterone that is 1,000mgs per ml?

I'm on 200mg per week levels came back 1151
free test 186 and e2 was 30 but im taking fomeron to control that
