Have you had a heart attack or a stroke before? Or, do you have a genetic predisposition for early-onset cardiovascular disease? If not, starting an aspirin regimen is not necessary.

None of the above . I just heard a couple people talking about it before . Thanks for the reply geez
I just talked with a cardiologist yesterday about high hematocrit while running test. I asked him what to do if giving blood was not an option due to cancer and he said take 1 baby asprin daily. I am not big on people self medicating all kinds of stuff though without good reason. Just shows how important labs are !

I just re-read my post and I sound like a dick, sorry bro. I just really favor a minimalist approach when it comes to the number of compounds, especially when adding something that is normally taken under an Dr.'s care.

The only times I really take aspirin is either when I have a headache or as part of eca stack.
I always take 81mg baby aspirin in the morning. Helps with my blood pressure headaches alot
I've read baby asprin was good to take when on an EQ cycle.
Aspirin is indeed a compounded and concentrated substance. There is no real problem taking an enteric baby aspirin daily or even twice daily. Much more than that one should only be done with as a well reasoned response to a particular issue. Their is "evidence" in the literature that low dose aspirin can indeed be therapeutic and prophylactic with regards to SOME cardiovascular disease and SOME cancers. With that said you must scour the literature and consult with "experts" you trust to truly make an informed decision. The rub is that not all research is necessarily equal or free of bias. This is something we need to push hard to reform.
