Some additional information about me is that I am 25 years old almost 26 and I tend to retain water so I have been drinking a lot of water and I have been working out for approximately a year and a half

A year and a half? You can still gain a lot more naturally, I'd hold off the cycle for at least another year.

Well I have worked out since high school but the last year and a half have been my most dedicated time but I'm sure I could gain more naturally but the thing is I am trying to join the military next year and I would like to be in better shape and less body fat to make this possible

You can get lower BF without gear tho. Diet gets the fat off, gear doesn't. At 19% BF you're at higher risk for estrogenic side effects like gynecomastia and bloating. Try cutting down to 14-15% or preferably less and start the T cycle from there.

Agree with NBY, it's better to hold off at this point OP, diet, cardio, high rep training sets will shed BF. a cycle of 600mgs a wk will build muscle, add some water weight. A lower dose will maintain existing lean muscle mass alongside cardio but right now with the stats that's not the ideal situation for you bro.
