Does any one use a high protien low carb diet consistanyly. My wife has us on the Suzzanne Summers diet in which you ony eat carbs at any point in the day and 3 hours later you can eat protien or fat but no carbs, Ive lost 20 lbs but not shure i can live without sushi with rice the rest of my life.
I do not, and by the looks of the replies, I do not think anyone else does.
I tried low carb for a while and I felt drained all the time and tired. It made me moody too. Low carbs can affect your serotonin levels and definitely your energy.
A person can be on a low carb diet for an extended period of time but why go through the torture?
If you wanna do a low carb diet, do it for 3-4 days and take 1 day to eat carbs. You could do this indeffinetly and keep losing bodyfat. Theres more to it than what I mentioned but thats the jist of it. Any more questions just post them up.
