I know what you are saying BigJim, but isn't it a rule if you are good (and only you yourself knows 100%) 6 out 7 days a week...then one day a week you supposed to be able to eat and drink what you want.....thats what I am talking about....that is a true saying right? Which means theoretically I could use say Saturday as my cheat day...?? Let me know your thoughts on this please.

Thanks,

Biggn

It is this simple, all alcohol has 7 calories per gram, besides being higher in calories that carbohydrates and protein, I have read that alcohol inhibits fat-burning via a build-up of Acetyl co-A in the Krebs cycle... bottom line is, if you are serious about your diet or weight-training program you will limit alcohol to the absolute minimum.

Bigkap is right on........ Alcohol is alcohol..... All light means is that there is less alcohol.... So you drink 8 piss waters, uh, I mean, light beers, instead of 4 or 5 real ones... It all ends up the same....

Alcohol is alcohol...sad to say us Natural fellas just can't hit that if we want to lean up...shit when your on the juice you can eat damn near whatever want and not gain...plus most of them guys dont even have to do cardio.,...so much more effort naturally.

I guess I'm not following what you are saying here? Are you trying to rationalize why you should be able to drink? If you wanna drink, drink.... It's your body..... Booze, like cigs, are detrimental to muscle growth, whether 100% natural, or Supreme Gear abuser... They are still detrimental...... If you are willing to make that sacrifice and "do whatever you want" one or two days a week, go ahead...... But don't complain about not getting the results you're after......

DEDICATION........

I'm not rationalizing a damn thing...I was simply asking a question...I haven't had a drink since I got the right info from this post...so...I know I can do what I want...and I know that doing things that we all want to do will simply hurt me as far as results that I want.

Like I said, the wording of your post was confusing...... It was hard to understand what exactly you were asking or trying to say..... If you still have a question, ask away..... Just be clear about it, so you can get the best answers.
