how many of u drink Milk while on AS(BULKING)??

I incorporate some amount of milk into my diet almost always.... Calcium and vitamin D are crucial for proper muscle function.... Besides, skim is a decent source of protein.....

If you drink that much milk, do you still drink 2 gal of water a day too, or are you able to cut down on the water a little if you drink that much milk? It would be much easier for me to drink that much milk than water...I get so tired of water!!!! But, you gotta do what you gota do!

Believe it or not won_sib, I still get over a gallon a day of water on top of it.. I make extra sure to intake the water when on orals.......

I drink goat's milk, as I'm allergic to cow's milk. Drink a shit load everyday (at least three quarts). Good stuff, check it out:
