i would greatly accpect any advice on how to keep my diet clen. right now i make a big percent of my intake lean protein such as chikin ans fish but any one with a good diet to get ripped would be a great help.

The following, based on lbs of lean body mass....
1.5g /lb protein
.5 to .75g/lb of carbs
.25g /lb or less fat
ie. if you have 200lbs lean body mass, your protein intake would be 300g.....
Make sure the carbs are all low glycemic....
T-Spine pretty much hit it on the head. You need to keep your carbs low....protein high...and do a lot of cardio. Staying active is the best way to get lean....meaning lifting and cardio.
be patient bro...take the great advice above....and remember the good fats ...the EFA's of essential fatty acids...flax seed oil...salmon good sources....they will actual make it happen faster...believe it or not...good luck
