Was and is considering a vegie diet with lots of protein sups and soy and beans and such. Any one else try this and what, if any success was ther or could there be?
Your thoughts or pros/cons would be appreciated.

dont do the veggie diet....soy has natural estrogen and thats a pile of no good when your trying to build mass or loss fat...unless you have kick ass genetics you will be disapointed.... you wouldnt believe the crazy amount of food you would have to eat to get the same amount of protien with veggy diet...good luck bro.
