well i'm meeting up with him 2moro, he always has good stuff, but charges me almost double.so it would be nice to find a trusted source. this is my last month, i feel like i need to take a break. how long do you suggest taking time off in between cycles?

Depends on how long the cycle , but from what I heard you take off as long as you have been on. Correct me anyone if I am wrong.

Correct. Time off = time on + PCT length
There are plenty of trusted sources on the board with good prices (and gear we've had members post blood tests for). Dealing locally is convenient, but check out the sponsor section if you're guy's charging you an arm and a leg.
