Ive read that is comes with alot of benefits like increase of hgh, good for your health, optimal for fat loss and lean gains.

I dont know true this is but lets discuss.

I do the 16/8 daily fast since about september last year. I have maintained lower bf levels and gotten stronger. Its been a pretty easy life style adjustment. I've also gained significant muscle over time.

I find it to be like the ultimate life style for someone thats always on the go like I am. I havent done it yet since I am on my bulk stage and planing to run a cycle very soon but I am deff thinking about it after my cycle. Or can it be done during a cycle?

It could be done during cycle. It would definitely go better with a cut cycle than a bulk cycle though.

I agree - for bulking if you are trying to stay lean Carb Back Loading would be better.

Trust me, you can bulk on it. Break your fast with some heavy carb focused meals and the weight will come. Overall, I liked it just on the ease of use and schedule aspects of the diet. I never noticed a big difference between it and other diets though. Cut cals low, lose weight. Increase cals, gain weight. Perhaps you can get by with a less selective diet on it for losing weight, but I never did.

I might just start IF monday, I am going to see how well I could go with it on a bulk. I only consume 3 large meals and little shit snack in between like greek yougurt, cottage cheese, what ever the wife cooks for dinner and some fruits. But most of my carbs come from breakfast, lunch and my dinner and the wifes dinner which its only a small portion of it.

So during my fasting, I only consume 10 grams of Bcaa through my fast or is it 10g pre work out, 10g intra workout and 10g post workout?

It's all an adjustment. You'll get use to it over time.

Thanks brother.

today was day one for me and wow I am DPzed.

Increase in strenght and an insane amount of energy. Counting down to my refeed.

Whats a good best bang for the buck bcaa powder? I am currently on xtend but this 3 10g servings can get costly.

AI sports Recover Pro is the best value per serving out there IMO. Shop around and you will find it for some pretty cheap prices.
