Hey everyone,
I am a member over at another board and wanted to join here to get more knowledge on this specific topic. I've been checking out the sponsors...they look g2g! I am 5'10" 208 about 12% bf and looking to bulk up for the winter and then cut in the spring. Thanks for having me, I' m happy to be here
