Well I've been coming on here for a couple of weeks and decided it was about time I joined.
The information available is great written by people who obviously have good knowledge of all aspects of the sport!
A little about myself....
I'm 6' tall, 19 stone (er....266lbs), about 16% bodyfat.
I have one very simple all Dianabol cycle under my belt with which I had some great gains.
My next cycle will be 10 weeks of deca and sust every 5 days obviously with all the anti-est precautions etc...
A big thanks for starting this board and long may it continue.

Forgot to say i'm 29 and been training clean for 10 years but only seriously for about 3!
I might even post a pic if I get brave enough and get a tan!!
