IMHO you should be at least 10-12% bf to see the most from mast or primo. You'll still see results if your above that...just not nearly as pronounced....

That looks about right to me too. 1 gram of test per week with 500mg of NPP and you'll be blowing up.

I like the 700-800mg range...but 600mg would be a solid dose for sure.
