29g 1/2" slins. I've put up to 3 mls in delts and tris.

DC blast starts again tomorrow at 6 am. I'm ready to tear that shit up!!!

Next week I'll be kicking of my second DC blast. IMO Its a great program.

I've had great results stacking these two with AAS. Highly recommend it.
