Ok. I've got a slight dilemma. I hear this from people around me all the time "Damn dude, you got big arms." Heres the deal, they are just bigger than the average joe blow who doesnt workout. When I train them, they continue to "look" bigger, but never actually measure bigger...not by much anyway. In a year, I might have put on a half inch.
So what Im here for is some arm training advice. I dont want you fellows to have to type a bunch, but a brief routine that works for you would be helpful maybe. I typically superset bi and tri...but this may be the wrong route to take, and do 4 exercises per, usually 4 sets on average. Anything from barbell curls, incline db, concentration, preacher, hammer...and close grip bench, forward and reverse press downs, overhead db extensions...whatever. Ive got Arnolds book, so I dont have a shortage of exercises.
Anyway, any feedback would be great.
I have same issuse subbed for advise.
