I LIke to drink acouple of these every day..............
8-10 oz. Apple Juice
1 cup quaker instant oatmeal
2 Tbsp. peanut butter
whole or half banana(depending on you)
acouple of scoops of protein(choc. or van.,also on you)
Mix all this shit with a cup of ice.....make sure to mix long
enough,as to grind all the oatmeal!!
You'd be surprised how good it tastes!!
