I'm on a bulking cycle... this is my concoction:

3 Scoops StrawBerry Weightgain (37.5g Protein / 114g Carbs)
1 Scoop StrawBerry Whey Protein (22g Protein / 6.2g Carbs)
3/4 Cup Non-Flavoured Low-Fat Yogurt (5.9 Protein / 30g Carbs)
1 Banana (1g Protein / 27g Carbs)
4 Tablespoons LowFat Condensed Milk (4.0g Protein / 3.4g Carbs)
500ml 2% Milk (17g Protein / 25g Carbs)

-------------------

Total: 87.4g Protein / 205.6g Carbohydrates

Calories are just through the roof because of the 2000g Calories of the weight gain alone... I try not to count calories though, if I find I'm not getting gains I just eat more, and stick with that.

-- Directions: --

I mix the weightgain/whey protein/banana with around 100ml of milk first to mix it all down really well without getting too frothy (and get out the chunks out of the banana)... then I add the rest of the milk and the other ingredients, blend for around 10 secs. Tastes really great, and has aided in giving me 5lbs of solid mass in the past week. (along with eating heavy + creatine)

Anyway, it's an idea.. and I'm really happy with the taste of this one... especially since you can't taste the yogurt at all. 🙂 Give it a try and let me know how it goes.

it'll make you fat if you don't workout. If you workout, and drink things like this, and eat big. You won't put on much fat... it will go on as lean muscle mass.

what brands of weight gainer and whey protein do you use? do you think it would taste bad with vanilla instead of strawberry(i'm not a big strawberry fan)?

Vanilla would taste just as good actually. I've tried it as well. Just stick to the vanilla trend, and if you want some extra calories put in a couple scoops of low-fat vanilla ice cream.

Take care,

I use a couple scoops of whey and four scoops of oatmeal and some fruit it's easy drinking. You get some complex carbs that way

I just started to add some egg beaters to some of my shakes, easy why to get some extra protein in the form of egg whites and still stay low cal if your dieting like me. They are pasturized and homoginized(sp) so you don't need to worry about salmonilla(sp)
